Buenos Aires-Style Steakhouse Features Lean, Flavorful Cuts. Artango’s steak offerings include filet mignon; the heart of ribeye; New York strip; cap of ribeye. The menu also features steak flights for sharing amongst friends. Steaks are served with the house-made Criolla sauce or chimichurri.
